Captain Joseph Cirella has been proudly serving the community of Madison for over 25 years. Recently he was unexpectedly diagnosed with stage 4 Colon cancer that has spread to his liver. Joe has a long road ahead of him and were asking you for your help in assisting Joe and his family in their time of need. Any donation you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
